ABOUT CAROLYN
Carolyn B. Ellis founded Thrive After Divorce to provide success strategies and resources for separated and divorced individuals. Her personal mission is to empower and inspire people to fearlessly and effortlessly create and express their highest potential. She is the author of The 7 Pitfalls of Single Parenting: What to Avoid so Your Children Thrive After Divorce which earned the prestigious Publisher´s Choice designation from her publisher.
She is also a co-author with Alexandria K. Brown of Power and Soul: 42 Successful Entrepreneurs Share their Secrets for Creating the Business and Life of Your Dreams (2007). |
 | A Harvard University graduate, Carolyn is a Certified Master Integrative CoachTM, Teleclass Leader and the first Canadian to be certified as a Spiritual Divorce Coach. She has also served as a staff coach at the Institute for Integrative Coaching at John F. Kennedy University in California, and has helped train hundreds of coaches from around the world.
Carolyn is a member of Collaborative Practice Toronto, an interdisciplinary group of family lawyers, financial planners and mental health professionals dedicated to supporting families going through divorce collaboratively and with respect. She coaches individuals world-wide. Before becoming a divorce coach and author, Carolyn had a successful fundraising career in the education sector, served as a senior policy advisor to government and worked on Wall Street.
Her three amazing school age children and bouncy labradoodle dog are her daily sources of inspiration and joy. She lives in Toronto, Ontario.
